The “Oops, That’s Not Right” Policy
At PrintedChicken, we want you to love your stuff. Your tee should make you smile, not make you email us with side-eye energy.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or completely not what you ordered, we’ll fix it. That one’s on us.
Here’s how it works:

Got an item that’s damaged, misprinted, or incorrect? We’ll replace it or refund it - easy.

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to reach out

Items must be unused and in the condition you received them

A couple quick notes:
Because everything is made-to-order just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for things like ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or realizing your cousin actually doesn’t like raccoon-themed shirts.
But if we messed something up? We’ll make it right.
We’re a small business, not a giant soulless warehouse empire. We like funny shirts, good design, and treating people fairly. If there’s an issue, just reach out - no corporate nonsense required.
Policy may change over time, but we’ll always keep it reasonable.
